- Any job less than 30 minutes: £40
- Full factory reset: £70
- Full factory reset inc. data backup: £85
- Full factory reset inc. data backup & software/device reinstall: £95
- Virus removal: £60
- Slow computer issues: £50
- Internet connection problems: £50
- Data rescue: £70
- Anything else please ask and we will be happy to provide you with a fixed price quotation.
New IT Equipment
We can provide new kit for you at great prices, but should you wish to buy elsewhere and need help on setup please give us a call. Whenever you need a hardware or software upgrade or installation, you don't have to worry about the technicalities because we can do the installation and upgrade for you. We will be happy to take over the stress of setup for a fee of £40 per hour.
We will be happy to provide you with a full quotation prior to carrying out any work.
Remote Support
Not all IT issues require a visit. If we can fix your issue remotely it may just save you time. If the engineer decides that there is no need for a home visit the problem will be solved remotely for £40 per hour.
Pickup & Drop Off Service
We aim to make things as convenient to you as possible. So we have introduced a Pickup & Drop Off service. We will pick up your faulty hardware, bring it back to our workshop for repair and then drop it back at your convenience. No work will be carried out until you agree to the quotation, and best of all this service is totally free to anyone living within a 10 mile radius of Bourne (small fee of £5 if you are located outside the 10 mile zone).
